WindWalker
Co-founder brief

The product exists. The next founder should own commercialization.

WindWalker is looking for a hands-on co-founder who can turn a working SMB business-app product into repeatable paid growth, institutional capital, platform distribution, and durable strategic options.

Company

Business software for people who do not have a development team

WindWalker helps small businesses and non-technical founders turn recurring work—bookings, customer intake, quotations, records, commerce, and operator workflows—into web apps through ordinary-language conversation.

SMB first

The first customer already has customers, revenue, or recurring work. Useful software improves productivity or protects revenue, creating a stronger reason to pay and retain it.

Operation, not only generation

The product connects revision, visible verification, recoverable checkpoints, deployment, operational workflows, and optional specialist support.

Platform expansion

The longer-term distribution opportunity is an operated business-app layer for website, commerce, hosting, agency, and SaaS platforms with existing paid customers.

Current stage

Built and internally evaluated; external paid validation is next

The current WindWalker product began in December 2025 after earlier AI web-product research. The founder has built the user-facing product, revision and preview flow, deployment and operations path, reusable infrastructure, and specialist-support connection.

These figures are internal product evidence from one scenario, not customer traction or a cross-industry success-rate claim. The first 20 turns are available as a public review sample.

Technical founder

Product engineering from constrained systems to operated AI products

Dongyoon Park combines enterprise software engineering, computer vision, startup execution, and hands-on product ownership. The complementary founder does not need to rebuild the technical core.

Engineering foundation

M.S. in Computer Vision from Pusan National University, followed by embedded Linux, Smart TV, middleware, driver, and image-processing work at LG Electronics.

GPU and medical imaging

Medical image processing, GPU-accelerated 3D rendering, algorithm development, and CAD work at Samsung Medison.

Founder execution

AR platform co-founding experience, independent product engineering, and direct ownership of WindWalker’s architecture, interface, evaluation, and early operations.

Founder fit

Two complementary backgrounds fit especially well

Coding is not required. Strong product literacy is required. The role is founder-level execution, not an advisory title or an introduction-only arrangement.

Exited founder

You have personally taken a product through meaningful growth and an acquisition or another strategic outcome. You can lead commercialization, hiring, pricing, distribution, and counterpart negotiations without rebuilding the technical core.

Former VC or venture operator

You understand institutional capital and strategic transactions, and you are ready to become an operator. You will personally own fundraising, channel development, platform partnerships, and commercial execution—not only provide a network.

Role division

Complementary ownership, joint strategic decisions

Dongyoon
Product architecture, engineering, evaluation, security and quality gates, operating instrumentation, and technical diligence.
Co-founder
Sales and marketing, operations, repeatable acquisition, paid retention, fundraising, platform partnerships, and commercial negotiations.
Joint
Product priorities, pricing, launch gates, hiring, financing decisions, governance, and independent growth versus strategic transaction.
Mutual verification

Work together before fixing title and equity

A 6–8 week execution period should create evidence for both sides. Meaningful founder equity is available for meaningful founder responsibility, with vesting and final allocation agreed only after mutual execution.

Weeks 1–2

Review the product, evidence, market thesis, known limits, and references. Agree on one credible launch route and one partner channel.

Weeks 3–6

Run a real launch or SMB pilot, instrument source-to-payment, and open qualified platform and investor conversations.

Founder decision

Evaluate execution, working style, commitment, and measurable outcomes before agreeing role, decision rights, vesting, equity, IP, confidentiality, and departure terms.

Not a fit

What this role is not

  • A second technical founder without commercial ownership
  • An advisor who only provides introductions
  • A commission-only fundraiser seeking founder equity
  • A marketer focused on impressions instead of activation and retention
  • A guaranteed salary before financing or revenue
  • A predetermined exit promise instead of building customer value

Bring evidence of what you can own.

Share the company you helped grow or exit, the financing or strategic transaction you personally led, the customers or platforms that trust your work, and what you would execute in the first 30 days.
